Articles are pages that are visible on the home page of your Logic Invoice site. The Articles page shows you the list of Articles created, whether it appears in the navigation bar at the top of the page, the order in which they appear, as well as whether the pages are currently visible.
Give your article a Title, and add in content using the editor. You may switch to Code View if you are comfortable editing HTML codes.
If set, the URL Alias enables search engine friendly URL.
The Parent field decides whether this article will be placed under another in the navigation bar on your home page.
You can select the articles that you want to delete, and click on the red button with the trash bin.
You can edit the article by clicking on the button with the pencil on the right hand side of the article.
Logic Invoice has a built-in Blog function that allows you to post blog articles. Manage the Categories that you have from Blog Categories, and manage your posts from the Blog Posts page.
All the categories that you have created will be listed here.
You will be able to see your blog posts, as well as add, delete or edit posts.
Logic Invoice allows you to customise the emails you sent out. You may edit the default ones by clicking on the button with the pencil on the right hand side of the template.
|Type||The type of action that will trigger the email to be sent|
|Subject||The subject of the email|
|HTML/Text Message||As some email clients do not support HTML emails, you will have to fill in both fields to ensure that your message can be viewed properly by your recipients|
|Priority||If you have multiple email templates for the same Type, only the email template with the higher priority will be sent out|
|Status||Decide whether this email template is in use|
|Additional Email Alerts||This field works like the CC field in emails. Add the email addresses for which you want a copy of the email to be sent to|
